Coaching runs in structured blocks.
Online clients purchase a 4, 8, or 12-week block.
1-1 clients commit to a 10, 20, or 30-session block.
Sessions run weekly until the block is complete.
Renewal is discussed towards the end of your block
ARE THERE MINIMUM NUMBER OF SESSIONS THAT NEED TO BE ATTENDED FOR 1-1?
• Bronze (10 sessions) – Minimum 1 session per week
• Silver (20 sessions) – Minimum 2 sessions per week
• Gold (30 sessions) – Minimum 3 sessions per week
Installments are paid at agreed intervals (typically monthly).
This ensures consistency and real progression.
