I’ve been training for over 20 years and coaching strength athletes who want more than average results.
As a 2x British Powerlifting Champion and multiple British record holder, I don’t just coach the lifts — I live them.
My background spans both Strongman and Powerlifting, with national titles in BPU and GPC competition. Every program I build is grounded in experience, precision, and real-world performance.
I believe in leading by example. When I’m not coaching, I’m pushing my own limits.
